After being introduced to both CAA field and lab methods, the WIA interns, mapped, strung up, and began work on seven new units for the 2014 season. We completely reorganized the equipment shed and outfitted the dig kits with new equipment generously donated by friends of the CAA. This weekend, we are welcoming participants of Adult Excavation Day and introducing them to the archeology of the Lower Illinois River Valley.
